Why Coaching: My Coaching Manifesto
The universe is calling you out; I am calling you out, and together we say

There was a time in my life when I would walk into a room full of people I didn't know and feel an urge to turn around and go back to my car and go home. I could feel myself shrinking as I walked close to the door and when I finally saw the people inside I felt so small it was no wonder that I listened to my fear instead of my heart.
I had already decided that no one would like me, think I was too young, be intimidated because I was too pretty, or misunderstand my intentions just like everyone else. So subconsciously, I figured why even try. In the past I had carried with me a heavy weight that said "No one sees who I really am. No one understands me." Can you relate?
"If you are waiting for someone to see who you are,
you'll wait forever. When you choose to BE who you are,
people can't do anything but SEE you."
The day I started doing coaching with my mentor in conjunction with becoming a student of the E-Spot Experience Classes, was the day that I began to remember who I AM. Through coaching I was able to
Receive the guidance and support I desired to be exactly who I know I am and let go of the things that no longer serve my highest choice
Receive the gift of someone other than myself witnessing my truth
Receive the effortless feeling of some other than myself holding the space for me to heal and grow
Receive the pleasure of learning to embody my feminine power, essence, voice, movement, and wisdom.
Receive tools to self-coach and continue to be an active part of my own ascendance to my highest vibration.
Coaching, you see, is all about receiving. Are you ready to receive all of which I listed and more? Do you choose to BE your highest choice? Are you willing to explore and BE the power, beauty, truth, and love that you are in your most authentic expression?
As your authentic presence coach, I choose to know that you are ready to step into your power and that nothing is in your way. I choose to reflect back to you your perfection in every way. I choose to see you and I encourage you to BE you.
